Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following week

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please email us if you’d like your order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer free Standard Shipping on all Domestic Orders. 

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

 

International

For international orders, please note we are not responsible for any taxes, duties and freight charges. Any custom fees will be charged to the recipient.

Please contact us ahead if placing an international order, we will work with you to facilitate best shipping fee alternatives in order to help you receive your item as soon & easy as possible.
